can see and manage your billing and payments, your information details, the
hosting products that you have purchased from us, and other important
information.
Our Support Ticket System
is integrated into your Client Area account. You should open a ticket from
inside your account when contacting us with all issues related to your
account and hosting services, whether they'll be addressed to our
Accounting, Technical Support, Sales, or otherwise.
This is the fastest and more secure
way of getting in touch with us.
Additionally you can see
and manage your domains, DNS records, Registrar information, and register
new domains from inside your Client Area.
We urge all our customers
to get familiar with their Client Area immediately after becoming a
customer.
If you are a customer, and do not have your Client Area login credentials
yet, please
contact us immediately.
You can
login to your Client Area at any time,
or use
the Login Box at the top right of this website. Please bookmark this URL in
your browser for quick access to your account.
Your Hosting
Services Control Panel:
If you have contracted any virtual hosting plan, VPS server, or
dedicated server from us, you have a Hosting Control Panel.
This is where you perform administrative tasks on your domains and websites like
Email management and configuration,
DNS Control, Website file manager, FTP access, Estadisticas, usage graphs, and
many other features related to your Internet websites.We currently run several clusters of servers with 3 different Administrative Control Panels.
You get your account login credentials and information in an email we send right after your purchase is approved and your purchased plan is activated.
This is usually done very quickly but in some cases it could take longer depending on your form of payment, type of plan purchased, or other circumstances.
