About Puerto Pedregosa

Puerto Pedregosa nestles between Playa Grande the Las Baulas National Marine Park and Melia Playa Conchal Golf resort on Costa Rica's "Gold Coast" located in the Santa Cruz county of Guanacaste. This project offers scenic variety and spectacular view parcels throughout. Puerto Pedregosa offers hotel/resort sites, condo/timeshare sites, residencial, a commercial town center, a prime medical complex, an entertainment center and other opportunities, as outlined in the approved master plan.
